By accessing our website, downloading our application, creating an account, or participating in promotional sweepstakes, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Dual-Currency Model: Gold Coins vs. Sweeps Coins
luckyland operates exclusively on a social sweepstakes dual-token model:
- Gold Coins (GC): Virtual tokens intended strictly for recreational gaming and social amusement. Gold Coins possess no monetary equivalent, cannot be transferred between players, and can never be exchanged or redeemed for real cash or merchandise.
- Sweeps Coins (SC): Promotional sweepstakes entries granted 100% free through daily logins, social media giveaway promotions, and alternative postal mail-in requests. NO PURCHASE IS EVER NECESSARY TO OBTAIN SWEEPS COINS. Sweeps Coins cannot be purchased directly.
3. Playthrough Requirements & Prize Redemptions
To prevent illicit financial behavior and ensure genuine promotional play, all complimentary Sweeps Coins awarded must satisfy a straightforward 1x playthrough requirement on eligible luckyland games before winnings become redeemable.
Prize redemptions require standard KYC account verification. Cash redemptions are fulfilled via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT/ACH) directly to a verified US bank account standing in the player’s legal name, with a standard threshold of 100 SC ($100 USD value). Digital gift cards via Prizeout are available at a minimum threshold of 50 SC.
4. Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination
Users of luckyland agree not to engage in any of the following restricted actions:
- Creating multiple accounts per person, household, or shared IP address to unfairly accumulate free daily sweepstakes rewards.
- Employing bots, automated scraping scripts, synthetic macro clickers, or algorithmic cheating software.
- Using Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) or residential proxy spoofers to disguise your physical geographical location.
- Submitting falsified or altered identification documents during the KYC verification process.
Violation of any conduct terms will result in immediate forfeiture of virtual balances and permanent closure of the offending account without notice.
5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of your use of luckyland shall be resolved via binding individual arbitration rather than court proceedings or class actions.
